Working in various countries assists global and domestic leaders to minimize the business risks of working across cultures and with people from diverse cultural backgrounds, enhance their intercultural effectiveness, deliver innovation and business results.

In 2023, Mostafa collaborated on a Muma Business Review (The University of South Florida) article, "The Magic Spark Model: The Future of Transformational Leadership Succession Planning". The authors proposed a new model for transformational leadership development in the future.
In 2023, he collaborated on two Muma Business Review articles, "The Magic Spark Model" and "The Impact Model". His other California Management Review article on "AI" and "Accountability" was also published in 2023. His newest article on "Corporate Social Innovation" will be also published in California Management Review soon.
He was featured as the author of the best blog of SHRM in 2020 and earned the best paper award at the Academy of Business Research Conference for 2019 in Canada.
He also served as a reviewer for the prestigious SAM Advanced Management Journal and the Academy of Management Conference (Management Consulting Division).
Mostafa is also enthusiastic about the application of AI and drones for business in the future corporate world. In his spare time, he runs and does carpentry.
